MICHAEL E. LAUGHLIN is the Vice President of Shared Field Services. Prior he was the Executive Vice President of Services Delivery since. Previously, Mr. Laughlin was Senior Vice President and Executive Vice President of Customer Support and Customer Services, respectively, beginning in May 1996. Prior to those positions, Mr. Laughlin was Vice President of Customer Support Centers as of May 1994. Mr. Laughlin joined Norstan in 1976 and has held a variety of executive and management positions during that time. |
